Lithuania follows the definition of connectivity as discovered in the EU technique on “Connecting Europe and Asia” – that’s, as a concept covering transport, vitality, digital, and people-to-people connectivity. Transport infrastructure is seen as precedence for Lithuania, adopted by people-to-people exchanges, namely tourism, and student exchanges. It believes that digital and energy connectivity is integral to all economic development but will only acquire relevance in the future.
