It is within a one to 3 hour drive from Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Reading, Harrisburg, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre. The park is about one hundred miles north of Philadelphia and 35 miles from the New York and New Jersey state borders. The forests of the park consist primarily of beech, oak, maple, and hemlock trees.

These packages cowl all kinds of standards-based matters and levels. Please contact the park office to guide a college or group program. From late June via early September, the park provides a weekly nature arts and crafts program for children of all ages that’s organized by conservation volunteers.
