The Winchester Royal is a popular venue for many types of meetings and business events. Its city centre position makes it the ideal location for conferences of up to 120 delegates, with a choice of five versatile suites. All of our meeting rooms are well-lit and ventilated and have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access.

The hotel is within walking distance of Winchester train station, and also offers free parking to delegates. From the moment you enter the Winchester Royal we hope that you and your delegates will feel relaxed, comfortable and cared for.

Winton Room
Located on the ground floor, with natural daylight and air-conditioning, the Winton Room offers a spacious venue for up to 100 delegates. The Winton Room also has a raised area to the back of the room which is ideal for refreshments or registration.

Darials Room
Also with air-conditioning and natural daylight, Darials is on the first floor and will seat a maximum of 120 delegates in a theatre-style layout. This room is also popular for training courses and meetings for up to 40 delegates in a U-shape layout.

Hampshire Room
Located on the ground floor, the Hampshire Room is suitable for a maximum of 40 delegates, and can also be sub-divided to create a more intimate setting for smaller groups.

Parchment Suite
The ground-floor Parchment Suite is a versatile room for a maximum of 60 delegates. The Suite also has two integral syndicate rooms, ideal for breakout work, and its own cloakroom facilities.

The Boardroom
A much-requested venue for boardroom-style meetings for up to 12 delegates.
